Classical in composition and flow, Gianfranco GFN’s delightful mixture of jazz and latin pop on “Saigon” is a delectably groovy interplay of so many styles and sounds. The wonderful chorus delivered by a flowery choir that hits the key titular word with such pomp and aplomb. Saigon is exciting, elevating, and endearing through and through. Gianfranco GFN’s ability to create a chorus line that’s inherently addictive is only surpassed and given additional legs to grow on through enchanting instrumentation and a soothing vocal plus backing interpolation.
Magically its own and stylishly sound, it’s a fun-filled fiasco.
